INSPECTION UPON RECEIVING TRAILER- TECH MUST COMPLETE AND SIGNOFF PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHECK MARK BELOW AND SIGN THE BOTTOM ___-Check all interior and exterior lighting for proper operation ___-Inspect unit for any damage/screw pops, damage etc… also verify the trailer is empty.
