PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHECK MARK BELOW AND SIGN THE BOTTOM ___ -Inspect unit for any damage/screw pops etc… also verify the trailer is empty (Cargo) ___ -Check tire pressure in all tires and inflate to the maximum psi indicated on the vin plate ___ -Torque wheel nuts 90 FT-LB for aluminum rims/110 FT-LB for steel rims ___ -Remove dust caps and inspect for grease and cotter pin in castle nut ___ -Hook lights to tester and test all light functions ___ -Inspect brakes for proper operation including brake safety cable if applicable ___ -Check coupler for proper operation and verify safety pin is included ___ -Apply decals and clean trailer if needed and put in designated secure display area ___ -Put keys for the trailer in lock box with tag showing VIN and stock# (dumps, lockable curbside doors etc...) hand in keys with RO ___ -Visually inspect trailer for any damage and if found let management know right away SIGNATURE:__________________________________________
