PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHECK MARK BELOW AND SIGN THE BOTTOM ___-Plug trailer into shore power and test all electrical ___-Test unit on battery & propane power ___-Cycle awning to check for proper operation ___-Run A/C and ensure proper cooling ___-Run Fridge and test for temperature ___-Verify Interior is clean and presentable ___-Check radio -use JCONTROL APP ___-Install plugs in water tank(s) Drain plug(s) are in outside hot water heater vent ___-Add water to grey and black tanks and monitor for leaks ___-Run water in trailer and check for leaks and verify water heater is operational ___-Run heater and test for temperature ___-Cycle slide outs if applicable and check for proper operation ___-Check all interior and exterior lighting for proper operation ___-Inspect unit for any damage/screw pops, damage etc… also verify the trailer is empty. If damage notify management asap ___-Remove dust caps and inspect for grease and cotter pin in castle nut ___-Hook lights to tester and test all signal & marker light functions ___-Inspect brakes for proper operation including brake safety cable if applicable ___-Check coupler for proper operation and verify safety pin is included ___-Apply TTC Decal set including QR code decal and “stay back” decal ___-Lock, label and put keys in key box ___-Remove propane tanks, spare and batteries. Label and put in designated area (put 2 full tanks with the stk# on them and the empties should be put with the other empty ones. ___-Any manuals in the trailer should be handed into the office to file ___-Air Pressure ___-Wheel Torque ___-Visual inspection of suspension system ___-Clean/wash trailer if needed ___-Take interior and exterior pics for advertising ___-Put in designated secure display area with wheel chocks .
